The role
Build and automate AWS infrastructure with a focus on delivery and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer, automate and support AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Design and maintain reliable, repeatable and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and enhance Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Improve resilience, availability and performance through reliability engineering.
- Work with platform, engineering and reliability teams to improve automation and operational maturity.
- Apply strong engineering practices to solve platform challenges and reduce manual operations.
Skills and experience
- Strong hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience.
- Strong Terraform, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation capability.
- Experience building and supporting cloud platforms and delivery pipelines.
- SRE, reliability engineering or platform engineering experience is highly desirable.
- Banking domain knowledge.
- Ability to guide a team and act as a lead or architect when required.
