What this notice covers
This notice describes how YTURN handles personal information submitted through this website, including hiring enquiries, career enquiries, job applications and CV submissions. It is intended to explain the practical use of information in the recruitment process. For questions, contact contact@yturn.group.
Information you may provide
Depending on the form, information may include your name, contact details, location, employer or company information, role interests, career history, CV, qualifications, right-to-work information you choose to provide and the content of your enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to the recruitment or hiring purpose.
How YTURN uses information
YTURN uses information to respond to enquiries, discuss hiring requirements, assess whether an opportunity may be relevant, manage applications, communicate about recruitment processes and consider candidates for future roles where they have agreed to that use. Candidate information is not intended to be sent to an employer without a relevant recruitment purpose and an appropriate conversation with the candidate.
Service providers and website processing
The website is hosted on Netlify. Website forms may be processed by Netlify and can generate notifications to YTURN. Other business systems may be used to store communications or recruitment records as YTURN’s operations develop. Those providers should only receive information needed for the service they provide and remain subject to their own privacy and security terms.
Retention
Recruitment information is kept only while it remains reasonably relevant to the purpose for which it was collected, future opportunities you have agreed to be considered for, or legitimate operational and legal requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of enquiry and recruitment process. You may contact YTURN to ask about deletion of information, subject to information that must reasonably be retained.
Overseas access and cross-border searches
Technology recruitment can involve candidates, employers and service providers in different locations. Where a search or service involves another country, information may need to be accessed or discussed across borders for that recruitment purpose. YTURN will aim to make the relevant context clear before candidate information is shared with an employer.
Access, correction and deletion
You can contact contact@yturn.group to ask what personal information YTURN holds about you, request a correction, withdraw from consideration for future roles or request deletion where appropriate. YTURN may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Security and data quality
YTURN aims to keep recruitment information accurate, limited to the purpose for which it is needed and protected using reasonable technical and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through website forms.
Measurement and campaign information
Campaign source parameters are carried through internal page links and included with a form submission to help YTURN understand the source of an enquiry. The website does not load an advertising or third-party analytics provider.
Questions or concerns
For privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests or concerns about how information has been handled, email contact@yturn.group. This notice should be reviewed as YTURN’s systems, service providers and operating practices change.
